Job summary

Syneos Health, a sponsor-dedicated CRA role based in the Paris area, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to manage site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits across on-site and remote settings.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, with excellent communication and collaborative skills to support sponsor objectives. Significant travel up to 75% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required, with comparable education/experience.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remotely).
• Verify informed consent and protect patient confidentiality.
• Conduct source data review and ensure accurate CRF data entry.
• Manage IP inventory, labeling, and storage per protocol.
• Collaborate with sponsor teams and communicate site risks and issues.
• Prepare for Investigator Meetings and ensure audit readiness.
