Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician to perform phlebotomy and handle specimen collection for analysis. The role requires proficiency with CLIA testing and maintaining instruments, under the supervision of the Pathologist and Department Director.

The candidate should have Montana State CLS licensure (equivalent to MT/ASCP), prior clinical lab experience preferred, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess Montana State CLS licensure equivalent to Medical Technologist ASCP.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsabilités

• Performs phlebotomy on various age groups with proficiency and care.
• Collects and prepares samples for analysis; operates and maintains laboratory instruments.
• Calibrates and maintains clinical laboratory equipment; adheres to CLIA standards.
