Greenly is hiring for a mission-driven Climate Strategy Expert in a hybrid role based in Paris, joining our Climate Delivery team focused on enterprise clients. You will guide customers through climate advisory, ownership of post-sale experience, and relationship building to deliver tangible emissions insights and actions.

You’ll work closely with Customer Support, Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure client success, leveraging your knowledge of carbon accounting, SBTi and GHG Protocol.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, climate consulting, ESG strategy, or account management; at least 1 year in carbon accounting.
• Understanding of corporate sustainability & climate frameworks (e.g., SBTi, GHG Protocol).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Educational background in sustainability or environmental field.
• Drive to learn and grow in a fast-moving mission-led team.
• Full fluency in English; French is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Build long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor.
• Educate clients on carbon measurement, target setting, reduction, and investments toward net-zero.
• Be the voice of customers; connect them with product to shape the roadmap.
• Onboard customers to the platform and drive interest in additional offerings.
• Proactively lead initiatives for high satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in your book of business.
