Jobtailor is seeking a climate program consultant to drive end-to-end delivery of GHG, LCA, SBTi and CSRD projects. You will lead client meetings in French and English, translate technical outputs into executive-ready recommendations, and ensure high-quality results on schedule.

You will collect data, perform consistency checks, and conduct methodological analysis while collaborating with product teams to improve processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, sustainability, climate/energy, engineering, or data-driven roles.
• Very comfortable with numbers, assumptions, and calculations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to simplify complex topics for non-experts.
• Assertive and comfortable pushing back when necessary (scope, delays, data quality).
• Resilient and adaptable to fast-moving environments, evolving products, and multiple priorities.
• Curious about climate regulation and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol, SBTi, CSRD).
• Bilingual in French and English (C1 level or equivalent) — both written and spoken.

Overview

Drive end-to-end delivery of climate projects (GHG, LCA, SBTi, CSRD, etc.). Act as a trusted advisor and help clients understand actionable next steps—not just their footprint. Lead client meetings (kick-offs, methodology reviews, results presentations) in French and English. Conduct data collection, consistency checks, and methodological analysis. Translate technical outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Provide feedback to our Product team to improve processes and tools. Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder clients with confidence. Deliver high-quality GHG, LCA, SBTi, and CSRD-related projects on time.
