Job summary
Horizon Trading Solutions in Paris is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead client onboarding and project delivery for our EMEA market. You will coordinate with Sales, Legal, Account Managers, Product Owners, Product Experts, Client Services and Engineering to ensure successful deployments.
You will manage scope, timelines, budgets for managed services, and gather client feedback to continuously improve onboarding and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client support and business analysis in electronic trading.
- Fluent in English and French; additional European language helpful.
- Strong commitment to service and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope and deliverables.
- Write specs and coordinate with product owners.
- Provide timelines and budgets for managed services.
- Coordinate client onboarding and ensure alignment with SLA and contracts.
- Gather client requirements and manage ticket workflow across teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to roadmap Horizon products.
