About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Project Manager – Roadway

to join our growing transportation team in Connecticut. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, design, and delivery of roadway and highway infrastructure projects, working closely with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and public agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Manage roadway and highway design projects from planning through construction support.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
• Develop roadway geometry, drainage, utility coordination, traffic control, and construction documentation.

• Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Connecticut PE
• 8–15 years of experience in roadway, highway, or transportation engineering.
• Proven experience managing transportation infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of CTDOT design standards, policies, and project delivery processes.
• Experience with roadway design software such as MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and AutoCAD Civil 3D is .
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams.
