Bohler in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Project Engineer to lead site design and coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial, residential, and industrial projects along the Jersey Shore.

You will analyze zoning, perform hydrology calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to client success while working with project managers, architects, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of civil/site design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• Strong understanding of local zoning, site development processes, and regulatory standards.
• PE license; EIT required or in progress.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and coordinate site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility systems for complex projects.
• Analyze zoning regulations, site conditions, and environmental constraints to guide design decisions.
• Perform stormwater management and hydrology calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and design software.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver cohesive design packages.
• Review technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in technical training and quality review.
• Support client communication, permitting efforts, and coordination with review agencies.
