We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a major nuclear energy project in France. Acting as the Owner’s Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of a large-scale energy infrastructure development. This position requires strong technical and project delivery expertise, with the ability to interface effectively across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
Act as the Owner’s Engineer, ensuring project compliance, quality, and alignment with the client’s objectives.
Oversee civil engineering works within the context of a large, complex energy infrastructure project.
Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams, understanding interfaces and dependencies.
Monitor project execution from design through to commissioning, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Manage contractor performance, review technical documentation, and provide engineering assurance.
Coordinate with stakeholders, providing clear reporting and technical input to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Proven experience delivering large-scale energy infrastructure projects (power , oil & gas, renewables, or nuclear).
Strong understanding of how civil works integrate with mechanical and electrical systems.
Track record of overseeing the entire project lifecycle, not limited to roads or standalone buildings.
Experience as an Owner’s Engineer or in a similar client-representative capacity .
Excellent communication skills in English.
Must hold an EU passport (work authorization in France required).
