Impact Clients is seeking a Senior Content Operator and Leader to build and scale an organic media machine across Instagram, YouTube, and written platforms. This is a true executive role, owning tasks and developing a high‑performing content team.

You will lead cross‑channel strategy, hire and coach specialists, oversee KPI delivery, and expand to podcasts, short‑form, and long‑form education content. Travel optional; partnership path includes potential equity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large organic content teams and creators.
• Proven ability to scale social media accounts from millions of followers.
• Strong cross‑channel strategy and operational discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead Instagram, YouTube, and written content programs.
• Hire, train, and manage Heads of channels and editors.
• Develop SOPs and partnerships for expansion to podcasts and shorts.
