XAnge is seeking a COO or General Manager to join a portfolio company poised for rapid scale. You will act as the CEO’s right hand, turning strategy into execution across Sales, Ops, Finance, HR, and Tech.

You will own the P&L and budgeting, report financials, and align leadership around aggressive growth benchmarks. You will partner with the CEO and board to support fundraising, drive operational excellence, and ensure disciplined execution across functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in high-growth companies.
• Experience as COO, GM or similar senior ops role.
• Track record in scaling cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Translate company strategy into execution with OKRs and KPIs.
• Own P&L, budgeting and financial reporting alongside the CEO.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, HR, Tech).
• Support fundraising rounds with CEO and board.
