SI-nerGIE recherche un Architecte technique confirmé pour piloter les services centraux et les infrastructures Microsoft en Île-de-France, et garantir leur évolution et leur sécurité.

Le candidat doit maîtriser Active Directory, IAM, Entra ID, Exchange SE et M365, avec une forte aptitude à diriger des projets et à collaborer avec les équipes techniques.

Qualifications

• Architecte technique confirmé, maîtrise des technologies Microsoft et au moins 3 ans d'expérience.
• Capacité à piloter des programmes de transformation et des évolutions de plateformes.
• Bonne autonomie et compétences en communication et travail en équipe.

Responsabilités

• Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d'évolution des services, en ligne avec la feuille de route technologique.
• Conduire des programmes de transformation et des projets d'évolution des plateformes techniques.
• Développer et maintenir les standards, architectures et solutions techniques dans son périmètre.
• Organiser et orienter la veille technologique pour anticiper les changements et proposer des améliorations.
• Assurer la conformité et le respect des exigences de gouvernance et de sécurité.

Description du poste

SI-nerGIE is the Groupement d’Intérêt Économique (GIE) responsible for operating the Information Systems of Framatome and Orano.
Several operational departments manage and protect the Group’s infrastructures, from project design and assessment through to implementation.
Beyond day-to-day operations, SI-nerGIE’s activities are structured around three main areas: defining technology standards and roadmaps (application and technical architecture), ensuring the operational security of infrastructures and applications, and managing major hardware, software, and service contracts with our partners.
Within the Workstation, Support and Networks Department, you will join the "Service Line Core & Protection" team. As a Technical Architect, you will be in charge of BUILD and support for central infrastructure services such as:

• Active Directory
• IAM
• LDAP
• Exchange SE/ Hybrid
• M365 Services

The main tasks of the technical architect are :

• Define and implement the evolution strategy for the services in the field, in line with the SI-nerGIE technological roadmap.

Perimeter: Exchange SE, Identity Management (IAM), Active Directory, M365, etc.

• Lead transformation programs and technical platform evolution projects, including in particular:

Active Directory, Antivirus, IAM, SCCM, SCOM, system migrations, and other transversal services.

• Develop and maintain the standards, architectures, and technical solutions within its scope, ensuring their overall consistency and alignment with IS guidelines.
• Organize and guide technological monitoring, in order to anticipate changes and propose relevant improvements for infrastructure services.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to governance requirements, integrating regulatory constraints and good safety practices.
• Bearing responsibility for projects in their field, from design to operational support, ensuring the quality, robustness, and maintainability of the solutions deployed.

We are looking for a confirmed Technical Architect who is proficient in Microsoft technologies and has at least three years of experience. You benefit from a cross-functional technical culture and have already participated in infrastructure solution implementation projects.
