Job summary

Atlantic is building fleets of autonomous ships that convert offshore wind into AI compute at sea. You’ll work directly with the CEO and the board to own the company’s business strategy as we move from first demonstrator to a full fleet.

You’ll decide which value paths to pursue, shape partnerships and capital strategy, and lead the team across strategy, partnerships and commercial, all while operating in English with a flexible, globally distributed setup.

Qualifications

• You’ve built businesses in deep tech or infrastructure and led strategy, business development or a P&L in AI, cloud, data centers or semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Shape the business model and evolve it as we scale: products, markets, pricing and unit economics.
• Secure strategic partnerships with AI labs, cloud providers, chipmakers and sovereign compute programmes, and secure the relationships that shape our fleet.
• Develop the capital strategy and own the investment storytelling to investors and the board.
• Define product direction for sea-based AI infrastructure in collaboration with marine, power and systems engineers.
• Build and lead the ecosystem partnerships and alliances needed to scale the fleet.
• Act as external voice on summit stages, with policymakers and in the press to establish category leadership.
