Gindre seeks a Team Leader to oversee a production sector, organize and guide a team, and optimize resources to achieve production, quality, deadlines and safety targets.

You will manage daily operations, conduct annual interviews, ensure safety, lead workstation improvements, and coordinate with other departments to maintain a smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in industry in a similar position.
• Organization, interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Field experience and aptitude for management and coordination.

Responsabilités

• Manage team to achieve operational excellence and develop versatility and skills.
• Conduct annual follow-up interviews.
• Facilitate internal communication within the team and with other departments.
• Act as safety guarantor to ensure the protection of employees.
• Participate in the implementation of workstation improvements and cause trees.
• Ensure compliance with instructions and conduct safety observations.
• Participate in the deployment of the company's quality policy and ensure compliance with the various standards.
• Interface with other departments.
• Lead safety/improvement actions.
• Find technical solutions to operator problems or identify the appropriate internal contacts.
• Managing production and implementing actions to meet production targets.
• Monitor production schedules and pass on special instructions during changeovers.
• Ensure continuity of information between teams and deployment of first-level maintenance.
• Coordinate corrective/improvement actions on workstations within scope.

Reporting to Gindre Duchavany's Production Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for his/her sector, for organizing and leading a team, and for optimizing the resources and means at his/her disposal to achieve production, quality, deadline and safety objectives.

The tasks are as follows:

• Manage your team to achieve operational excellence by developing versatility and skills
• Conduct annual follow-up interviews
• Facilitate internal communication within the team and with other company departments
• Act as safety guarantor to ensure the protection of employees
• Participate in the implementation of workstation improvements and cause trees
• Ensure compliance with instructions and conduct safety observations

PROFILE
