Apple Channel Store Advisor, Paris (Fixed-term) role within a partner reseller store, representing Apple and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will conduct product demonstrations, train partner staff, and ensure merchandising standards are met while growing the Apple business. The position requires 35 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays, on a fixed-term contract of about 3 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
• Ability to educate and inspire others.
• Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.
• Fluency in French and ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
