You will lead a dedicated Special Trade team, drive profitable agreements, and strengthen strategic customer partnerships while delivering sustainable growth and cross-functional leadership. • Extensive commercial experience across B2C and B2B channels.
• Experience managing B2C distributors is a plus.
• Solid understanding of FMCG retail landscape and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop talent.
• Fluent in English; able to operate in international context.
• Proven track record in national and international negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the commercial strategy for your perimeters in France.
• Lead annual negotiation strategy with key customers and maximize performance.
• Expand presence across all sales channels and build strategic partnerships.
• Own international negotiations with major DIY and Autocare customers.
• Lead and develop a high-performing seven-person Special Trade team.
• Own P&L and use data-driven decision making to optimize revenue and margin.
