Institut Curie - Research Center is seeking a highly skilled professional to join the CellAction group. You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cell- and gene-based therapies, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality product characterization.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 2–5 years in process development, strong aseptic culture expertise, and proficiency in English. French is a plus; the position is full-time at 39 hours per week with a 6-month contract,

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 2–5 years of experience in process development (cell therapy, gene therapy, or drug development).
• Proficiency in aseptic mammalian cell culture and related techniques.
• English fluency; French is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory expectations is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, optimize, and adapt manufacturing processes for cell and gene therapies.
• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and development documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate results.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical-grade production.
