Job summary

Selby Jennings in Paris is seeking an experienced CEEMEA Equity Derivatives Sales professional to originate, develop and manage equity derivatives business with CEEMEA distribution clients.

You will leverage our client's global platform to deepen relationships with private banks, brokers and similar institutions, based in Paris and collaborating with regional teams. This role requires 4+ years in equity derivatives sales and strong client relationship skills.

Our client, a leading player in the finance sector, is looking to strengthen their team in Paris with an experienced CEEMEA Equity Derivatives Sales professional. This is a permanent role focused on building and deepening relationships with sophisticated Central and Eastern European distribution clients, including private banks, brokers and similar institutions. You will join our client's team at a key time of growth, helping to drive strategic sales initiatives across the region.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for originating, developing and managing equity derivatives business with CEEMEA distribution clients, leveraging our client's global platform and product capabilities from your base in Paris.

Key Skills & Experience

• Equity Derivatives Sales Experience (4+ years): Proven track record selling equity derivative products, with the ability to structure and pitch solutions that meet client needs.
• Understanding of Equity Derivatives: Strong technical grasp of equity and equity derivative instruments, enabling you to discuss products confidently with sophisticated clients.
• Knowledge of CEEMEA Region: Solid understanding of Central and Eastern European markets and client types (private banks, brokers, and similar), including local dynamics and client behaviours.
• Client Relationship Management: Ability to build, nurture and expand relationships with distribution clients, focusing on long-term partnership and revenue growth.
• Based in Paris: Willingness and ability to be based in Paris, collaborating closely with our client's team and accessing key regional clients.
