Puig SL is seeking a Social Media Manager for Rabanne Beauty to define and execute a global social strategy across platforms. You will shape platform-specific roles, audiences and editorial purposes, partnering with Brand Content, Image and Communication to ensure content is native to each platform.
You will own the editorial calendar, drive audience growth and engagement, and leverage social listening to inform strategy.
The Social Media Manager defines how Rabanne Beauty shows up, behaves and grows across social platforms,
turning social media into a strategic engine for brand relevance, desirability and audience growth.
Sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, content, culture, community and media, the role sets a clear
social vision and ensures every platform has a distinct role, audience and editorial purpose - beyond simply
adapting campaign assets or managing a posting calendar.
The ambition is to make social a source of competitive advantage for Rabanne: a place where the brand builds
culture in real time, creates conversation, learns from audiences and continuously sharpens its creative and
communication choices
The role owns Rabanne Beauty's social media strategy end to end: platform architecture, editorial territories,
audience priorities, content orchestration, community, paid amplification, performance and social intelligence.
It translates brand and business priorities into a social-first roadmap, defines what Rabanne should say, where and why, and partners closely with Brand Content, Image and Communication to shape content that is conceived for platforms rather than retrofitted to them.
At global level, the role provides direction and governance for markets, uses data and cultural signals to identify opportunities, and creates a continuous learning loop between audience response, creative decisions and future brand activity.
Set Rabanne Beauty's global social ambition and strategic roadmap, defining the role of each platform,
priority audiences, editorial territories and growth opportunities. Continuously reassess the platform mix
according to culture, audience behavior, category dynamics and business priorities.
Translate brand, product and campaign priorities into native social ideas and content needs. Partner with
Brand Content, Image, Communication and agencies upstream to influence briefs, formats, talent and
production choices, ensuring content is designed to earn attention and participation on social.
Own and arbitrate the global editorial calendar, balancing major launches with always-on storytelling,
cultural moments and reactive opportunities. Establish clear principles for global and local expression so
markets can activate with consistency, speed and relevance.
Define how organic, community and paid amplification work together to grow qualified audiences and
increase engagement. Set investment priorities and performance objectives by platform, and optimize
continuously based on what creates reach, conversation, affinity and efficiency.
Track audience behavior, brand perception, competitors, creators and emerging cultural signals. Turn social
listening and platform data into clear recommendations for Communication, Image, Marketing and Content,
identifying the conversations Rabanne should lead, join or deliberately avoid.
Define the social scorecard and learning agenda, moving beyond reporting to explain what is working, why
and what should change next. Raise social literacy across Communication & Image and make platform
behavior, audience insight and performance a shared input into brand decision.
