Job summary

Puig SL is seeking a Social Media Manager for Rabanne Beauty to define and execute a global social strategy across platforms. You will shape platform-specific roles, audiences and editorial purposes, partnering with Brand Content, Image and Communication to ensure content is native to each platform.

You will own the editorial calendar, drive audience growth and engagement, and leverage social listening to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in social media, digital strategy, content or brand communication.
Native-level English essential for international communication.
Strategic and hands-on, able to bridge long-term strategy with daily decisions.
Culturally curious and enthusiastic about fashion, beauty and culture.
Agile, flexible and solution-oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Thrives in a challenging, high-visibility environment and exercises decisive ownership.

Define Rabanne Beauty's global social vision and platform strategy.
Shape a social-first content strategy coordinating with Brand Content, Image and Communication teams.
