Danone recherche un Product Owner Hosting & Cloud Platform pour diriger la gestion des plateformes d’hébergement et cloud (Azure, AWS, Aliyun). Vous serez responsable de la gouvernance, de l’architecture et de la standardisation, en collaboration avec les équipes sécurité, architecture et ingénierie.

Poste basé à Rueil-Malmaison, France. Vous piloterez les projets FinOps, les coûts et les licences, tout en développant des blocs de construction réutilisables et une culture DevOps.

Qualifications

• 7+ années d’expérience en IT infrastructure, cloud engineering ou gestion de plateforme.
• Expertise avérée sur les plateformes cloud (AWS, Azure, Aliyun) et/ou hosting on‑prem.
• Bonne maîtrise de la gouvernance de plateforme, landing zones et architecture des services essentiels.

Responsibilities

• Définir et conduire la stratégie Hosting & Cloud Platform, roadmap et KPI.
• Gouverner les cadres cloud, infrastructure, sécurité et conformité.
• Diriger des landing zones multi‑cloud et l’esprit de standardisation des hosting.
• Mettre en œuvre IaC, DevOps, automatisation et blocs de construction réutilisables.
• Gérer les capacités de la plateforme: sauvegarde, surveillance, patchs, images OS et outils d’automatisation.
• Piloter les coûts via FinOps et la gestion des licences et fournisseurs.

Within Global Technology & Infrastructure (GTI), the Infrastructure Product Group is looking for a Product Owner to lead Hosting & Cloud Platform Management (HCPM). In this role, you will own the enterprise Hosting & Cloud Platform product and ensure secure, compliant,standardizedand scalable platform foundations across cloud and on-premises environments. You will act as a key point of accountability for platform governance, architecture guardrails, productevolutionand financial stewardship, working with architecture, security,deliveryand operations stakeholders across Danone.

The scope includes cloud platform and landing zone management, licensing governance, infrastructure core services, infrastructure tooling,backupand monitoring product management, FinOps and cross-charge governance, and coordination with build and run partners. The role is positioned at the intersection of product management, platformgovernanceand infrastructure strategy.

YOUR MISSION

• Defines and drives the Hosting & Cloud Platform strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and architecture standards, ensuring alignment with business, security, and transformation priorities.
• Establishes and governs cloud, infrastructure, security, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
• Overseesmulti-cloud platforms and landing zones (Azure, AWS, Aliyun), ensuring secure, scalable, and standardized application hosting.
• Governance & compliance: defines landing zone standards, core services architecture (DNS, NTP, KMS, RDS) and IaC/DevOps patterns
• Leads the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, automation, and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Manages key platform capabilities, including backup & recovery, monitoring, patching, OS image management, and automation tooling.
• Oversees licensing (Windows Server, SQL Server, Red Hat, VMware, Nutanix), vendor governance, budgeting, and cost management across infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Drives FinOps practices, cloud consumption governance, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Leads and develops a global team of approximately 10 professionaisls (internal/external, multi-region), fostering collaboration, accountability, capability building, and continuous improvement.

• Robust core infrastructure standards and productized platform capabilities for landing zones, backup, monitoring, tooling and core services.

About You

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloudengineeringor platform management
• Solidexpertiseon cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,Aliyun) and/or on prem hosting
• Strongunderstandingof platform governance, landing zones, infrastructure architecture, core servicesand operating model design.
• Hands-onknowledgeof DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, automation and reusable platform building blocks.
• Demonstratedexperiencewith infrastructure licensing governance, cost models, FinOps and vendor management in multi-vendor environments.
• Good level of understanding of backup, monitoring and automation tooling.
• Strong cybersecurity, compliance and audit awareness.
