Job summary

Danone recherche un Lead MOA Trésorerie & Risque (H/F) pour piloter la valeur produit dans un cadre Agile. Vous serez l’interface entre les équipes Treasury et IT, définissant la roadmap, les priorités et les indicateurs clés pour les solutions de trésorerie, de financement et de gestion des risques.

Le poste implique une forte orientation business, des interactions avec des partenaires externes et un rôle d’influence sur les décisions techniques et fonctionnelles, avec une offre de travail

Qualifications

• 8+ années en Product Ownership/Management dans des environnements Agile.
• solide connaissance de la trésorerie: gestion de liquidité, risques financiers et transformation.
• capacité à prioriser des backlogs complexes et à influencer les parties prenantes seniors.
• bonne compréhension de l’architecture système et des intégrations; collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie (SQL/PowerBI/JS).

Responsibilities

• Définir la vision produit et la roadmap pour les solutions de trésorerie.
• Prioriser le backlog et définir les KPI de valeur.
• Gérer les parties prenantes Treasury et IT.
• Diriger les cérémonies Agile et guider l’équipe.

Our IT&DATA organization is shifting from project delivery to a product-centric, user‑value driven approach. As part of this transformation, we are hiring an MOA Treasury & Risk Management Lead (M/F) for the Cash & Risks Squad, within the IT&DATA Treasury & Tax product, supporting global corporate finance processes.

You will be responsible for maximizing product value across Cash Management, Financing, and Financial Risk Management, acting as the voice of the business and leading a cross‑functional squad to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable solutions.

Reporting to the IT&DATA Treasury & Tax Product Owner in Paris, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of finance at Danone through impactful, user‑centric product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Strategy
   • Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for treasury solutions.
   • Align product strategy with Treasury business objectives and global financial strategy.
   • Anticipate evolving needs driven by: Regulatory changes Digitalization of finance
2. Product Ownership & Value Delivery
   • Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
   • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable features and user stories.
   • Define success metrics (KPIs) and ensure value realization.
   • Make trade‑off decisions between scope, time, and quality.
3. Stakeholder Management
   • Act as the primary interface between Treasury business teams and IT.
   • Engage with key stakeholders:
     • Group Treasury (Front / Middle / Back Office)
     • Finance, Accounting, and Risk teams
     • External partners (banks, vendors)
   • Ensure alignment and transparency on priorities and delivery.
4. Agile Delivery Leadership
   • Lead Agile ceremonies (or ensure their effectiveness):
   • Sprint planning
   • Backlog refinement
   • Reviews and demos
   • Provide clear direction to the squad (analysts, developers).
   • Ensure continuous delivery of high‑quality increments.
5. Treasury Systems & Functional Leadership
   • Drive evolution of solutions across:
     • Cash & Liquidity Management
     • Cash Forecasting
     • Financial Risk Management (FX, IR, commodities, derivatives)
     • Debt & Investment Management
   • Ensure systems are:
     • Reliable and scalable
     • Compliant with internal controls and regulations
     • Aligned with treasury best practices
6. Product Governance & Continuous Improvement
   • Monitor product performance and user satisfaction.
   • Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
   • Ensure strong risk management, auditability, and compliance.
   • Contribute to treasury digital transformation initiatives.

About You

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• Product leadership: 8+ years in Product Ownership/Management, delivering Treasury Management Systems (Diapason, Quantum, KTP) in Agile environments.
• Treasury expertise: strong knowledge of cash & liquidity management, financial risks (FX, rates, derivatives) and transformation initiatives.
• Value‑driven mindset: ability to prioritize complex backlogs, drive decisions and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Tech & delivery alignment: solid understanding of system architecture and integrations; effective collaboration with engineering teams (SQL/PowerBI/JS a plus).
• Ownership & impact: strategic thinking, strong influence, hands‑on execution and high accountability.
