Danone France recherche un/une Company Strategy Manager pour rejoindre l'équipe Strategy mondiale à Paris. Vous serez rattaché(e) au/à la Directrice/Directeur de la Strategy et reporterez à la Global Strategy team.

Vos missions: conseiller la direction sur les sujets stratégiques, participer à la planification stratégique, analyser le paysage concurrentiel, évaluer les risques et superviser le budget du cabinet de conseil.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 années d'expérience au sein d'un cabinet de conseil.
• MBA ou diplôme équivalent est un plus (stratégie marketing et/ou FMCG souhaité).
• Expérience dans un environnement international.
• Compétences analytiques et modélisation financière.
• Capacité à dialoguer avec la haute direction et à convaincre.
• Bonne gestion de projets et sens de l'organisation.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Company Strategy Manager (M/F) to join our Global Strategy team.

This position will be based in Paris (75), at our global headquarters.

In this role, you will report to the Company Strategy Director.

We are looking for someone available to join us no later than January 2027, with an earlier start date preferred.

Your main responsibilities will focus on supporting the development of the company's strategy.

• Advise top management on strategic topics depending on burning issues.
• Take part into the strategic planning process
• Analyze the competitive landscape
• Manage risks assessment
• Oversee consulting budget

About You

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• From a university/ business school/ engineering school background, you have minimum 4 years of successful experience in consulting firm. MBA, experience in Strategic Marketing and/or FMCG is a plus.

• You have experienced international environment.

• You show analytical skills and ability for financial modelling.

• You are able to deal with Senior leadership and to convince people thanks to your excellent communication (spoken and written).

• You show strong project management skills

• You are flexible and able to learn quickly new topics.
