BYREDO Education, Paris, seeks an International Trainer for maternity cover. You will create education content and translate brand storytelling into learning experiences for global teams, with a passion for fragrance and perfumery.

You will work across Retail, Product Development and Marketing, developing engaging formats and leading sessions for diverse markets. Join a small, international team delivering global education initiatives and seminars, with opportunities to shape how BYREDO teams

Responsabilités

• Create Education content from concept to presentations, activities, videos and digital formats.
• Translate launches, products and stories into learning experiences that are engaging and clear.
• Develop expertise in fragrance and perfumery and share knowledge with others.
• Coordinate with global markets to support education initiatives and clienteling integration.
• Contribute to Global Education seminars, content, speakers and logistics.
• Create and participate in video learning, scripting and presenting on camera.

For a maternity cover within our Global Education team in Paris, we are looking for someone curious, creative and passionate about learning to join us as International Trainer.

REPORTING TO International Education Manager | TEAM Global Consumer Experience – Education.

Main mission

• Create Education content from initial concept and storytelling to presentations, activities, video learning and digital formats.
• Translate BYREDO launches, products and stories into learning experiences that are clear, engaging and memorable.
• Bring a genuine passion for fragrance and perfumery, developing your expertise and helping others discover the magic behind our compositions.
• Partner with markets around the world, listening to their needs and supporting the implementation of global Education initiatives.
• Coordinate BYREDO Learning App initiatives and support Clienteling integration, acting as a key link between Puig Global teams and our markets.
• Contribute to the organisation and delivery of our Global Education Seminar and four Regional Education Seminars, including content, speakers, activities, logistics and facilitation.
• Create and participate in video learning, including scripting, conception and presenting naturally in front of the camera.
• Collaborate with teams across Retail, Product Development, Clienteling, Marketing, Consumer Experience and Business Development.

Seeked profile

• A natural affinity with fragrance and perfumery and a genuine desire to deepen your expertise.
• Strong content creation skills are essential: you can turn information and ideas into engaging, clear and visually compelling learning experiences.
• Creativity combined with excellent organisation, project management and attention to detail.
• Confidence building relationships and working in partnership with international markets and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort facilitating groups, presenting ideas and communicating clearly with different audiences and cultures.
• Comfort - or excitement to become comfortable - in front of the camera.
• Curiosity, collaboration and a willingness to experiment with new learning formats and approaches.
• A strong connection to retail, clients and luxury; experience in Education, Training, Retail, Beauty, Fragrance, Content or another creative environment is valuable. Fluent English is required.
