BIC World is seeking a Category Manager in Clichy, hybrid work model. You will collaborate with commercial leadership and local marketing to drive category performance and growth.

Ideal candidates have a Master's in commerce and 2 years' experience in sales/marketing with FMCG exposure, plus strong English and French, and solid Excel skills. You will manage category reporting and budgetary oversight.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in commerce or equivalent university.
• 2 years' experience in sales/marketing and as Category Manager.
• FMCG industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with panels such as IRI and Nielsen.
• Strong English and fluent French skills.
• Excellent MS Office and Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to revenue growth for the category through performance analysis.
• Co-develop category strategy with global CatMan and local marketing.
• Prepare product reports and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities with local marketing and key accounts.
• Support KAMs in client meetings with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to build category reviews and selling stories.

Nous recherchons un(e) Category Manager . Au sein de l'équipe de Category Management, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction commerciale et le département marketing.

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

• Vous contribuez au développement du chiffre d'affaires de la catégorie; au travers des recommandations d’actions en lien avec l’analyse des performances de votre catégorie


• Vous êtes en charge de co-construire l’approche catégorielle avec les équipes categroy management global et marketing local et assurez l’appropriation par les équipes internes ainsi que la revente auprès de nos clients


• Vous êtes responsables des reportings produits par le service CatMan lié à votre catégorie et assurez l’analyse et la communication aux équipes en interne ;


• Vous identifiez les opportunités de croissance de la catégorie au sein des circuits et des enseignes en collaboration avec l’équipe marketing locale et les responsables comptes clés ;


• Vous accompagnez en binôme les Key Account Manager GMS lors des RDV clients (revue d’innovations, recommandations d’assortiment …). Pour ce faire, vous êtes en charge de l’analyse des indicateurs de performance et faites des recommandations sur les leviers catégoriels : assortiment, promotion et merchandising ;


• Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing pour construire les revues catégorielles et les Selling story des innovations ;


• Vous mettez en place des outils d'aide à la vente : PLV, ILV, argumentaire ; et vous gérez vos prestataires (brief, négociation devis)


• Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de votre budget.

Qualifications

• Vous êtes diplômé d'un Master en école de commerce ou d'un équivalent universitaire


• Vous avez 2 ans d'expériences : vente, marketing, et une expérience de Category Manager


• Une première expérience dans l'industrie des produits de grande consommation ( FMCG ) serait un plus à votre candidature


• Vous maîtrisez des panels (IRI et/ou Nielsen)


• Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais et un niveau de Francais courant à l'oral et à l'écrit


• Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office et d' Excel principalement


• Vous êtes organisé , avec un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, une forte capacité d'écoute et l'esprit d'équipe


• Vous êtes à l'aise à l'oral , dans vos présentations et rendez-vous clients
