Acclaro is seeking a native Catalan linguist for long-term collaboration on international localization projects. You will perform MTPE, occasionally translate, review, and edit content to ensure linguistic accuracy, fluency, consistency, and naturalness across IT and software materials, following project-specific guidelines and terminology.

This remote role offers flexible project-based work with global software content and a stable flow of assignments for a multilingual localization team.

Qualifications

• Native-level Catalan proficiency.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a linguist, translator, or MTPE specialist.
• Proven experience in IT/software localization.
• Knowledge of CAT tools and localization workflows.

Responsabilités

• Perform MTPE of Catalan content.
• Occasionally provide human translation when required.
• Review and edit translations for linguistic accuracy, fluency, consistency, and naturalness.
• Follow project guidelines and terminology for IT content.
