Chamonix Casino & Hotel is seeking a dedicated server/guest service associate in a fast-paced environment. You will greet and seat guests, present menus, describe specials, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality service. Experience with POS systems and 1+ year in a reputable establishment is preferred.

• Experience: 1 year of recent serving experience in a reputable establishment preferred.
• Skills: Strong multitasking, friendly communication, time management, and basic math for handling payments.
• Reliability: Punctual, consistent attendance and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Service: Deliver exceptional dining experiences, take orders, explain menu details, and collaborate with kitchen.
• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, share specials, anticipate dining needs.
• Order Management: Explain ingredients, check allergies, input orders into POS.
• Food Delivery: Coordinate with kitchen to serve orders accurately and promptly.
• Table Maintenance: Replenish drinks, clear dishes, reset tables.
• Payment Processing: Present bills and process transactions quickly.
• Teamwork & Compliance: Attend pre-shift meetings and follow safety and gaming regulations.
