Job summary

Forvia, a global automotive technology leader, seeks a senior leader to set up and drive cross-functional carve-out programs. You will coordinate with external consultants, M&A and legal teams to establish robust governance, reporting, and a detailed project plan.

The role requires steering complex carve-out initiatives, driving execution, and ensuring milestones are met in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

• Strong leadership with experience in leading complex carve-out projects.
• Excellent project management skills.
• 7+ years in automotive industry or consultancy in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead cross-functional carve-out projects.
• Establish Separation DD-Report with external consultants and coordination with M&A team.
• Set up project plan with milestones, deliverables, interdependencies, costs, etc.
• Set up project organisation (internal and external resources).
• Establish project governance model including reporting system.
• Accountable for executing the project plan and driving execution.
• Identify and resolve conflicts; manage TSA/SLA definitions.
• Interface with M&A and legal teams related to the carve-out.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Setting-up and leading crossfunctional carve-out projects

• establish Separation DD-Report in coordination with external consultants and coordination with M&A team (if applicable)
• set-up project-plan for the carve-out (milestones, deliverables, interdependencies,costs,...)
• set-up project-organisation (internal resources / external resources)
• set-up project governance-model including reporting system

Accountable for managing the execution of the project plan for the carve-out

• drive and monitor the project-execution as of the project-plan
• solve conflicts and escape if necessary
• define and establish TSA 's / SLA's …

Interfaces:

• close collaboration with M&A team & legal-team related to the carve-out project
