Syneos Health in Lyon, France seeks a Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as the field-based contact with healthcare providers and investigators, delivering medical education and scientific insights across cardiometabolic and rare disease areas. The role supports global collaborations and ensures ethical compliance within local regulations.

We value advanced clinical degrees and a proven track record in MSL activities, KOL engagement, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

Advanced degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD).
Experience as MSL in cardiometabolic or rare disease preferred.
Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP.
Ability to tailor complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
Understanding of Health Authorities in the region is advantageous.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain outstanding knowledge of cardiometabolic diseases and rare disease areas.
Understand and execute medical strategy aligned to business strategy.
Serve as external scientific expert at meetings and conferences.
Facilitate investigator engagement for client trials and studies.
Maintain ethical compliance with local regulations and laws.
Develop relationships with KOLs for research and advisory opportunities.
Train PMT on scientific and medical topics.
