Syneos Health in Lyon, France invites an experienced Regional Medical Science Liaison to be the primary field-based medical contact with healthcare providers and investigators, delivering medical education, data, and scientific insights for cardiometabolic and rare disease areas.

The role requires an advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD), strong knowledge of clinical research design and GCP, and the ability to communicate complex science to diverse audiences while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

Advanced degree – MD/PhD/PharmD.
Experience in MSL role with cardiometabolic or rare disease focus preferred.
Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP.
Ability to translate complex science for diverse audiences.
Understanding Health Authorities by region is advantageous.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of cardiometabolic diseases and rare conditions.
Communicate medical strategy and align activities with the business plan.
Serve as external scientific expert at meetings, conferences, and advisory boards.
Facilitate investigator engagement and site enrolment for trials.
Maintain ethical compliance and high safety standards.
Build relationships with KOLs for research and education partnerships.
Train internal teams on scientific and medical topics.
