Syneos Health in Paris seeks an experienced Regional Medical Science Liaison to act as the primary field-based scientific liaison with healthcare providers and investigators. The MSL delivers medical education, communicates data on licensed/unlicensed products, and supports clinical and investigator-sponsored studies in a complex European environment.

The role requires an advanced degree and proven MSL experience, with cardiometabolic or rare disease expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD).
• Experience in an MSL function with cardiometabolic or rare diseases preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
• Understanding Health Authorities in the region is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain outstanding knowledge of cardiometabolic diseases and related areas, including rare diseases such as FCS and SHTG, along with client product knowledge.
• Understand and execute the medical strategy and broader business strategy to ensure activities are coordinated with the team and aligned to strategy.
• Serve as external, credible scientific expert on disease area and client products at HCP field meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Facilitate clear communication between the client and investigators in investigator engagement for trials and pipeline assets.
• Work to the highest ethical compliance, ethics and safety standards adhering to all local regulations and laws.
• Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs to expand research, advisory, and educational opportunities.
• Train the Key Account Management Team on scientific and medical topics.
