Job summary

Institut Curie invites a PhD-trained bioinformatician to join the ARTURO project team. The role focuses on analyzing transcriptomics data including bulk RNA-seq, deconvolution, scRNA-seq and Visium spatial data, in close collaboration with experimental scientists to interpret findings.

You will participate in ongoing monitoring, data interpretation, and dissemination through reports and publications, contributing to cutting-edge cancer research in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a closely related field; strong background in transcriptomics.
• PhD with experience in cancer biology is an advantage.
• Proven experience in analyzing bulk and single-cell sequencing data.

Responsibilities

• Perform bioinformatics analyses of transcriptomics data (bulk RNA-seq, deconvolution, scRNA-seq, Visium).
• Collaborate daily with experimental scientists to interpret data.
• Maintain scientific and technological monitoring relevant to ARTURO project.
• Present results in meetings and prepare reports and publications.
