Job summary

Institut Curie in Paris invites applications for a bioinformatician/postdoctoral researcher to join the RACER team within the Chemical Biology of Cancer Unit. The project focuses on rare cancers, especially dedifferentiated liposarcoma, using multi-omics analyses and functional validation.

The successful candidate will analyze bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, WGS, and WES data, collaborate with biologists and clinicians, and contribute to publications and grant deliverables.

Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics, genomics or an equivalent field.
• Strong experience with RNA-seq and single-cell data analysis.
• Proficient programming and statistical skills; capable of publishing results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze bulk RNA-seq and single-cell datasets, including QC, normalization and differential expression.
• Perform cell-type deconvolution and trajectory analyses on multi-omics data.
• Integrate transcriptomic findings with functional data and publish results.
