Lukos is seeking a MARCENT Training and Exercise Analyst to support USMC forces from MARCENT/CONUS to OCONUS locations. The role involves planning, developing exercise objectives, and coordinating training requirements for CENTCOM AOR, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Based in Tampa, FL, the analyst will prepare evaluations, manage documentation, and participate in planning teams to incorporate lessons learned from previous events.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
• Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements per DoD directives.
• Must possess a SECRET Security Clearance.
• Ten years of military experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare evaluations, briefs, and AMHS messages to support exercise planning and unit training.
• Identify and promulgate training requirements for USMC forces and travelers in CENTCOM AOR.
• Support METL updates for USMC formations with coordinated inputs.
• Review new training requirements and maintain current information in MARCENT SharePoint.
• Develop exercise training objectives, lessons learned, and component publications.
