Job summary

Snap Inc. in Paris is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Brain-Computer Interface team.

You will work in a small team, writing efficient C++ code for wearable devices, solving tough challenges, and enabling real-time data processing on hardware and cloud backends. You will collaborate with hardware, software and ML teams across the globe, implement performance analysis tools, and contribute to clean, tested code.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, or equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in C++ software development.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Integrate systems for sensor data acquisition and ML inference with robust real-time performance.
• Work closely with embedded systems and ML teams to enable complex software to run efficiently on wearable hardware and cloud backends.
• Design and implement tools for analyzing performance and quality of our algorithms.
• Write clean, well designed and tested code.
• Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly through design docs and reviews.
