SBS is seeking a Workday Finance Consultant in Courbevoie (Île-de-France) to join our finance transformation team. You will apply 2+ years of hands-on Workday Financial Management experience to configure modules, gather requirements, and support ongoing operations.

You will collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions, write reports, and help optimize financial processes. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday Financial Management experience.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Workday Finance implementation or major enhancement.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting, processes, security, and integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Join our team as our new Workday Finance Consultant with 2+ years of experience in Workday Financial Management implementations, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Workday Finance modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

The consultant will work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Workday Financial solutions that support organizational goals and optimize financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial processes.
• Configure and maintain Workday Financial Management modules based on business needs.
• Participate in Workday implementation, optimization, and support projects.
• Design and execute functional testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Le/la consultant(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Finance, les parties prenantes métiers et les équipes techniques afin de concevoir et de déployer des solutions Workday Finance de haute qualité. Son objectif sera de soutenir les objectifs de l’entreprise tout en optimisant les processus financiers.

Responsabilités :

• Recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins métiers liés aux processus financiers.
• Configurer et maintenir les modules Workday Financial Management en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.
• Participer aux projets d’implémentation, d’optimisation et de support de Workday.
• Concevoir et exécuter les tests fonctionnels, y compris les tests unitaires, les tests d’intégration et les tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT).
• Accompagner les processus Finance, notamment :
• Comptabilité générale (General Ledger)
• Comptabilité fournisseurs (Accounts Payable)
• Comptabilité clients (Accounts Receivable)
• Gestion des immobilisations (Asset Management)
• Gestion bancaire et règlements (Banking & Settlement)
• Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires afin de garantir la réussite des projets et des solutions Workday.
• Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents fonctionnels tout en assurant un support continu des environnements de production.
• Développer des rapports, tableaux de bord et champs calculés afin de répondre aux besoins de reporting métier.
• Créer et maintenir la documentation système, les procédures, les cartographies de processus et les supports de formation

Compétences:

• Diplôme de niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Finance, Comptabilité, Systèmes d’Information, Administration des Entreprises ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience pratique sur Workday Financial Management.
• Participation à au moins un projet complet d’implémentation Workday Finance ou à un projet majeur d’évolution/amélioration de la solution.
• Bonne compréhension des processus financiers et des principes comptables.
• Expérience dans la configuration d’un ou plusieurs modules Finance de Workday.
• Connaissance des outils de reporting Workday, des processus métiers (Business Processes), des concepts de sécurité et des intégrations.
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
