Role Description

As part of its growth in France and across Europe, ADLIN is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive relationship development with public players in healthcare, research, and higher education (university hospitals, universities, public research institutions, national agencies, etc.).

Responsibilities

The role is focused on structuring and closing long-term collaboration agreements with public institutions.

• Develop a growth strategy targeting European public institutions.
• Identify and qualify the right contacts (research, technology transfer, data, and IT departments, etc.).
• Negotiate and formalize collaboration agreements, technology integration agreements, or platform usage agreements.
• Participate in public and collaborative funding calls (Horizon Europe, France 2030, etc.).
• Represent ADLIN at conferences, trade shows, and institutional events across Europe.
• Serve as a driving force in the rollout of ADLIN's public‑sector offering, with a focus on broad market reach.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a business development or partnerships role with public institutions in the healthcare sector.

Demonstrated experience negotiating and signing agreements with public entities: university hospitals, public research institutions, universities, university hospital institutes, health agencies, etc.

Solid understanding of the European research and public health ecosystem.

Ability to build trusted relationships in complex, multi-site environments.

Identify and qualify the right contacts (research, technology transfer, data, and IT departments, university hospital professors, and research directors, etc.).
