The job holder is responsible for providing key internal decision makers with data, information, and insights on current business and decisions for future strategy and initiatives. The job holder is responsible for the daily management of business insight activities and sales force effectiveness reporting.

Key areas of responsibility

Business Intelligence

  • Rebuilds Business Intelligence skills in partnership with the global team.
  • Identifies necessary market data specific to France and proposes investments (to be validated with DG France and the global team).
  • Develops ROI analysis tools in a context without an active sales force (excluding fertility).
  • Develops an extensive understanding of the women’s health and fertility market, using global tools and local data when necessary.
  • Manages data operations, including preparation, warehousing, reporting, and analytics within internal platforms (e.g., Power BI), including dashboard development and KPI reporting.
  • Acts as a strategic advisor by leveraging expertise to support commercial planning with objective insights based on thorough analysis.
  • Understands sales force business needs and available data sets, technologies, and techniques for measuring effectiveness.
  • Identifies market analysis requirements and collaborates with marketing & sales teams.
  • Manages data suppliers (e.g., IQVIA), including needs identification and negotiation of data purchases.
  • Conducts competitive industry analysis and frames insights accordingly.
  • Performs pricing analysis of key markets and influencing factors.
  • Generates market share predictive models for scenario planning.
  • Uses and updates BI tools and processes.

Logistics

  • Monitors stock levels at distributors and with global procurement to ensure forecasts align with demand.
  • Updates internal forecasting tools.
  • Monitors sales processes to ensure compliance with national guidelines.
  • Participates in coordination meetings with distributors, sales providers, and global teams.

Business Development

  • Contributes to project analysis in business development, including market insights and forecasting.

Key deliverables :

  • Prepares periodic insights on business performance considering competitive behavior, regulatory changes, production variables, pricing, marketing, and distribution channels.
  • Supports monthly reporting with insights and communication materials for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Enhances forecast accuracy and business performance predictions.

Key competencies

  • Significant experience in market research and/or Sales Force Effectiveness, ideally in women’s health.
  • Strong data-centric analytical skills and ability to derive and visualize insights.
  • Proficiency in KPI reporting (Excel pivot tables, others) and creating communication materials, including PowerPoint.
  • Experience with dashboards and CRM tools (international).
  • Excellent business partnership skills within the company and with external agencies.
  • Strong intellectual agility, adaptability to change, and business acumen.
  • Adherence to internal compliance processes.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
