Responsibilities

• Подготовка и управление полным аудит-циклом, оценка рисков и контроля.
• Разработка годового риск-ориентированного плана аудита по функциям (Product, Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships).
• Подготовка отчетов об аудите и презентация выводов исполнительному совету и комитетам.
• Мониторинг устранения замечаний и дефектов аудита во времени.

N26 provides a digital banking platform, offering banking, savings, investment, and travel products. It has eliminated physical branches, paperwork, and hidden fees to provide a digital banking experience.

Задачи

• Lead and support internal business audit activities across the N26 Group, including external service providers and subsidiaries, focusing primarily on the French branch and AML/AFC/KYC topics
• Prepare and manage the full audit cycle, including risk and control management for the effectiveness, reliability, and compliance of business operations
• Develop and update a comprehensive, risk-based annual audit plan across business functions such as Product, Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
• Draft detailed internal audit reports and present findings and agreed action plans to the Executive Board and relevant committees
• Monitor and follow up on the timely remediation of audit findings and deficiencies
• Contribute to strategic projects and maintain internal audit policies
• Supervise and review junior team members’ work to ensure successful delivery

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• At least 7 years of professional experience as an Internal Auditor in an international, regulated environment, preferably in a bank, financial institution, or audit firm
• Significant experience in risk controlling and validating financial and non-financial risks
• Profound knowledge of French banking, anti-money laundering (AML), and consumer protection regulations
• Fluent English and French
• Deep understanding of operational and financial controls, online banking processes, retail products, European, French, and German regulatory standards, and banking IT systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic mindset, integrity, independence in executing audit tasks, and a strong bias for action
• Confident use of audit tools, data analytics, and reporting systems
