Nextlane is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Billing team in Nantes. The role focuses on designing NetSuite queries, maintaining subscription data, and ensuring data accuracy across billing operations.

You will cleanse large datasets in Excel for mass uploads, produce insightful reports for decision-making, and collaborate with Finance and other functions to resolve data and billing issues. Remote work is available up to 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Native French speaker; Good level of English.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Advanced Excel skills and data handling/formatting.
• Experience designing and executing NetSuite queries is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Billing Department by designing and executing NetSuite queries to address business and customer requirements.
• Manage and maintain subscription data, perform basic subscription processing, and ensure data accuracy across billing operations.
• Prepare, cleanse, and validate large datasets in Excel for mass uploads into NetSuite.
• Produce reports and analyses to support operational and management decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and other business functions to resolve data and billing-related issues.
• Participate in cross-functional finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of new finance solutions.
• Provide analytical and operational support to the Billing Manager, including KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Contribute to optimization and automation of billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with finance controls and data governance standards.

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Experience: minimum 2 years of experience as business analyst
• Languages: Native French Speaker; Good level of English is a plus.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technical Skills:
• be confident in handling and formatting data
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Our Recruitment Process

• 15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• 45 minutes to 1h30 : Interview with the head of the billing department
• 30 minutes : assessment of technical skills if the candidate is shortlisted
• 30 to 45 minutes : Interview with the head of the billing department and the Finance Director France.
