Jobtailor is seeking an IT Business Analyst to gather requirements from traders, analyze incidents with development teams, and manage projects within an Agile environment. You will coordinate testing, validate releases, and support FX desk change management while liaising between Business and Technology.

The role requires 3–6 years in CIB, familiarity with electronic trading, FX products, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and Unix. Fluent English is essential in this international setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a specialization in Finance or IT.
• 3–6 years as an IT Business Analyst in CIB or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of electronic trading and FX products.
• Knowledge of financial market participants and platforms (ION, Horizon).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Unix.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
• Fluent English in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements from traders and translate them into functional specs.
