Jobtailor is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and challenge user requirements, run stakeholder workshops, and craft high-quality functional specifications. You will collaborate with technical teams to shape solutions, support development, and drive test planning and execution.

The role covers deployment support, end-user training, and creating documentation to ensure smooth production rollouts. Strong Agile experience and stakeholder liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, project management or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, AMOA (project owner support) or Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, ideally Scrum.
• Comfortable with requirements elicitation, writing functional specifications and testing phases.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience liaising with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, rigor and strong synthesis skills.
