Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Brand Manager Sharing & Scooping GMS/In Home to own and shape the Carte d’Or, Viennetta, and Grom brands in France.

You will lead brand strategy, execution, and market activation, with strong emphasis on data‑driven growth, cross‑functional collaboration, and commercial rigor. You’ll partner with R&D, Supply Chain, EU teams and agencies to deliver launches on time, optimize budgets, and drive profitability while maintaining brand integrity across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong brand management fundamentals with ownership of brand strategy and execution.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into growth actions.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with CSP, R&D, Demand Planning and Finance.
• Experience managing budgets and driving top and bottom‑line growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 6P mix for Carte d’Or In Home, Viennetta, Grom in France.
• Lead end‑to‑end brand strategy and ensure relevance, desirability and differentiation.
• Monitor portfolio performance with Nielsen, Kantar and internal tools and take corrective actions.
• Lead product development and renovation from ideation to launch with cross‑functional teams.
• Own brand assets and toolkits including visual identity, selling stories and POSM.
• Spearhead brand activations across influencer, TV, social, and DOOH with media partners.
• Lead brand performance tracking and translate insights into corrective growth actions.
• Develop business cases, forecast volumes, and ensure robust launches in‑year.
• Own marketing budget accountability and optimize spend in annual plans.
• Collaborate across CSP, R&D, Demand Planning, Finance and agencies.
