You will build master templates for multi-language campaigns, manage post‑production of localized graphics, and coordinate with regional marketing managers to maintain consistency at scale.

Mission

As our Localisation Designer, your mission is to drive Pennylane’s visual expansion into Germany and Spain. You won’t translate text but you will ensure our brand assets are culturally and visually adapted for each market. You will ensure our brand feels native, impactful, and pixel‑perfect in every market.

Responsibilities

• Own the transcreation and adaptation of French master creative assets (ads, product videos, social media content) for the German and Spanish markets, ensuring tone, visual pacing, and design resonate with local audiences.
• Build and maintain smart, well‑organized master templates to efficiently deploy multi‑language, multi‑format variations of our campaigns.
• Act as the brand team’s visual bridge to regional marketing managers, handling post‑production, localised graphics, and AI‑enhanced editing for all international market launches.

Profile

• Experience: 2–5 years in Brand Design, with a proven track record in non‑French speaking campaigns or multi‑market versioning.
• Localisation & AI Savvy: Understands localisation challenges (e.g., German text can be 30 % longer than French, cultural nuances) and uses AI tools for automation.
• Languages: French mandatory; professional English required; proficiency in German or Spanish is a strong plus.
• Technical Stack: Proficient in Figma, Jitter, and Adobe CC; strong organizational skills for naming conventions and clean templates.
• Creative Pragmatism: Knows when a localised asset requires deeper redesign versus when AI can streamline rollout.
