Job summary

BlaBlaCar is seeking a Brand Designer to own brand design end to end—from concept to production. You will evolve our visual language, craft with detail, and bring the system to life with motion.

You will defend creative decisions in a stakeholder-driven environment and push the brand forward as it scales. Ideally you have 5–8 years in brand or creative design, a strong point of view, mastery of Figma and Adobe, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in brand or creative design with a concept-led portfolio.
• Strong visual point of view carried through to finished execution.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe suite, including After Effects and motion design.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own brand projects end to end from brief to production-ready craft across campaigns and the brand refresh system.
• Evolve the brand system tastefully to stay consistent and distinctive as it scales.
• Turn strategy into craft with attention to typography, composition, grid and consistency.
• Design in motion by bringing the system to life across social, video and digital surfaces.
• Incorporate AI and emerging tools into the craft in service of the brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Local Markets and Product, presenting and defending work with stakeholders.
• Keep source of truth current by maintaining guidelines, components and assets.
