Job summary

Alma is seeking a Brand Designer to drive static visual storytelling across all touchpoints in Europe. You will craft content that brings our brand platform to life, engaging merchants and consumers, while managing projects from brief to delivery with strong stakeholder communication.

You will report to the Creative Director and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to ensure scalable, consistent brand output.

Qualifications

• Brand Design: 4+ years in a fast-paced org with a strong portfolio.
• Brand Platform mastery: apply and evolve brand guidelines.
• AI-powered Brand Design: use AI tools to scale production while ensuring quality.
• Project ownership: manage creative projects with structured processes and deadlines.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Ops.
• Communication: strong written and oral skills; French native with business English.
• Growth mindset: act as a business partner and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead static visual storytelling across all touchpoints for Alma.
• Create decks, posts, event materials, white papers and campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end projects with clear stakeholder communication.
• Build scalable brand systems and ensure consistency across Europe.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations.
