Electra in Paris is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to keep day-to-day IT running in a Mac environment and to scale IT operations as the company grows across Europe.

You will onboard/offboard users, manage the Mac fleet with MDM/ABM, and administer Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS tools, while automating recurring tasks and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an in-house IT role supporting users and managing a fleet.
• Hands-on experience administering Mac fleets in a corporate environment with Apple MDM and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with office networking: deployment, VLANs and troubleshooting.
• Scripting in Bash or Python; AI tools used in daily IT work.
• Fluency in French; professional English.
• Nice to have: multi-country IT support, SaaS governance tooling (e.g., Torii), identity/SSO (Google Workspace as IDP), and workflow automation (n8n).

Your Mission

Join Electra's Cyber & IT team in Paris as our IT Operations Engineer. Electra operates more than 700 fast-charging stations across Europe, has grown to 370 people and keeps opening new offices in several countries, so the IT team is expanding to support this growth.

Your mission: keep IT running day to day in a Mac environment, from user support to office infrastructure, and automate everything that repeats so IT scales with the company.

Your Responsibilities

1. Keep IT running day to day

• Triage and resolve user requests from L1 to L2, in French and in English, for teams based in several countries.
• Own onboarding and offboarding, from accounts and access to device preparation, and manage the Mac fleet with Apple MDM and Apple Business Manager, from enrolment to renewal.
• Administer our core tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and the company's other SaaS.

2. Run and scale our office infrastructure

• Operate the multi-site network, connected meeting rooms and access control in our existing offices.
• Take part in setting up IT in our new company-run offices across Europe, from network deployment to equipped meeting rooms.

3. Automate and document IT operations

• Automate recurring IT tasks: onboarding, access and identity management (including AI agents), inventory.
• Use scripting and AI tools to remove manual work rather than redo it by hand.
• Write and maintain IT documentation: procedures and user guides.

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in an in-house IT role, where you supported users and ran the fleet yourself, ideally in a company of 100 to 1,000 people.
• You have hands-on experience administering Mac fleets in a corporate environment, with Apple MDM and Apple Business Manager, and administering Google Workspace.
• You have office networking experience: deployment, VLANs and troubleshooting.
• You script in Bash or Python to automate recurring tasks, and AI tools are part of your daily IT work.
• You are fluent in French and have professional English, spoken and written.
• Nice to have: multi-country IT support with remote users, SaaS governance tooling such as Torii, identity and SSO (ideally Google Workspace as identity provider), and workflow automation tools such as n8n.
