roadsurfer is seeking a Station Coordinator in Bordeaux to oversee daily rental operations and on-site handovers/returns. You will ensure a smooth customer journey and uphold service standards while collaborating with the station team.

With 1–2 years of relevant experience and an apprenticeship completed, you excel in customer service, hands-on tasks, and effective communication. A class B driving license and fluent English/French are required.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship and 1–2 years of relevant work experience in car rental, tourism or related fields.
• Strong service orientation with a friendly, open personality and hands-on approach.
• Excellent face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.

The role - your passion

• You are responsible for the coordination of the daily rental business and take care of a smooth process of all handovers and returns of the vehicles with our station team directly on site

• Our customers and their satisfaction are in the focus of your attention, and you ensure a great customer journey

• You support the Station Manager in planning staff as well as in training our agents

• You will ensure that our quality standards are maintained, especially in terms of how we treat our customers

What you need to surf the wave with us

• You have a successfully completed apprenticeship and at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the areas of car rental, tourism or similar

• You are very high level of service and customer orientation and have a friendly and open personality

• You are absolutely hands-on (so you don't have a problem getting your hands dirty) and have good communication skillsface to face

• You are a resilient problem solver and organizational talent

• You are fluent in English and French

• You have a class B driver's license

Your Salary

We transparency. The salary range for this position is between 26,000 EUR and 28,000 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
