The role includes designing and validating hardware, managing production hand-offs, and ensuring safety compliance. Qualifications

• Expertise in designing multi-layered PCBs to certification standards (e.g., DO-254, IPC Class 3).
• Experience with DO160 equipment qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation and thermal management.

Responsabilités

• Source, integrate, and test off-the-shelf BMS components.
• Design and prototype custom BMS boards optimized for power, weight, and safety.
• Lead schematic design, PCB layout, and testing.
