EUROAPI is looking for an R&D Platform Leader – Biotechnology to define and execute the Biotechnology R&D strategy. You'll lead platform strategy from the Saint Aubin les Elbeuf site, ensuring successful partnerships and project delivery.

With a PhD in a relevant field and 15-20 years of experience, you'll guide biotechnology capabilities and manage the Elbeuf R&D unit. This role requires strong leadership in a complex environment and effective communication at all levels.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in biotechnology or related industrial environments.
• Proven track record in building capabilities and leading complex organizations.
• Experience with external technical partnerships.
