Institut Pasteur in Paris is seeking a bioimage analyst to support the Image Analysis Hub services from early 2027. The engineers of the IAH collaborate with users on campus and beyond, helping them develop and deliver analysis pipelines and tools.

The successful candidate will maintain infrastructure and contribute to innovative tool development for advanced bioimage analysis within a multidisciplinary setting.

Formación

• PhD in bioinformatics, (bio)physics, applied mathematics or related field.
• Strong expertise in deep learning tools for image analysis.
• Proficiency in biological image analysis techniques and software.
• Programming skills in Python or Java (or similar languages).

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and training in image analysis to IAH users.
• Develop and deploy customized image analysis tools for scientific projects on campus.
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure to enable biological image analysis for IAH users.
• Contribute to innovative tool development for advanced image analysis.
